Give him speed boots and 2 speed items to get the set bonus, and if you are so lacking accuracy, use 2 accuracy sets for the remaining pieces. Regarding your tayrel's speed, you dont need him to be above 200 speed for silver, only your booster needs to be (and if you are silver 4, you probably already have a booster above 240 speed). Tayrel does both att and def down so its 2 champs in 1. So in that case you could potentially be going for months without getting def down on CB on the expectation that Rhazin arrives "soon". You can find a lot of people here complaining about the same. I've had everything ready for rhazin except one rare for months and still waiting to get that rare. I havent focused to hard on ice golem, but it has the other gear Fire knight and dragon dont. Look to do Spiders to 12 or 13, which ever you can get to and that will drop some decent star level gear as well. eventually by getting to stage 16 you will be farming 5* gear and should help to raise your stats to do brutal well into nightmare. you will get all the gear you need for CB there. Look up farming dragon dungeon if you havent yet and aim to get to stage 16 to 100% win on auto. I use apothecary everywhere i can.built him with all 3 speed sets with speed, hp, def sub stats.
